Use files you are authorized to process. Check downloaded results before replacing originals or submitting them. Keep originals, especially when using lossy compression, background changes, or PDF page adjustments.

Target file sizes are maximums and may be unattainable for a given format and content. Portrait background removal can require manual review of fine hair and complex edges.

Photo and social media presets provide size references without guaranteeing official acceptance. Follow current passport authority requirements, including restrictions on software or AI changes.

PDFs are limited to 100 pages per document. Encrypted files are unsupported. Page resizing and image compression may lose forms, links, searchable text, or annotations; relevant effects are stated in the interface.
